Everything in the ForgeMark shop is made to order. Nothing is sitting on a shelf waiting to ship. That means your piece is built after you order it — and built right.
Standard Turnaround: Most orders are completed and ready to ship within 7 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Custom and Complex Orders: Custom pieces — especially those requiring artwork approval, special sizing, or firearm-component work — may take longer. We’ll give you an honest estimate when we confirm your order, and we’ll keep you updated if anything changes.
Shipping: We ship from East Texas. Once your order leaves our shop, delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders as noted in individual product listings.
We package everything with care. Stainless plates and 3D-printed art are packed to survive the trip — but if something goes wrong in transit, see our Returns page for how to handle it.
A note on timing: if you need something by a specific date, reach out before you order. We’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it happen. We’d rather set the right expectation up front than rush a piece that deserves proper attention.
