Because every ForgeMark piece is made to order, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges on completed items. We don’t carry inventory — your order is built for you, specifically, once you place it.
That said, we stand behind our work.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, or if there is a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We’ll review it promptly and work with you on a reasonable resolution — whether that’s a replacement, a partial refund, or another appropriate remedy depending on the situation.
What we ask: • Contact us within 7 days of delivery for any damage or defect claims • Provide photos of the item and packaging (especially for shipping damage) • Hold onto the original packaging until the issue is resolved
Custom or personalized pieces are final sale unless there is a verified defect or confirmed shipping damage. We cannot accept returns on items simply because a design preference changed after approval.
For firearm-component engraving work done through Pete’s Guns and Stuff, all transactions are subject to applicable federal and state regulations and the terms communicated at time of order.
